Cancellation Policy
At Ikara Alankar Jewellery, every piece is carefully packed and shipped with love. We know sometimes you may need to change your mind — here’s how cancellations and returns work:
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we’ll credit a full refund to your original account.
Once your order has been packed or handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled — but don’t worry: items are returnable and refundable (conditions apply). Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
How do I request a cancellation?+
Simply email us at ikaraheirlooms@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
Our team will check the order status and confirm if it can be cancelled.
How will I get my refund?+
For prepaid orders cancelled in time, the full amount will be refunded to your original account within 6–7 working days.
If you paid by COD, there is no upfront payment to refund.
What if I still don’t want the order after it’s shipped?+
Accept the order and then request a return as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
For prepaid we will credit the amount to the original account after deducting the two-way shipping cost (₹250) and COD orders, we will and issue you a refund coupon valid for a lifetime year after deducting the two-way shipping cost (₹250).
Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Gift Wrap Service+
Please note that our Gift Wrap Service is non-returnable and non-cancellable once your order has been dispatched.
If you cancel your order before dispatch, the gift wrap charge will be refunded along with the product amount.
After dispatch, this service fee cannot be refunded or cancelled.
