Returns & Exchange

At Ikara Alankar Jewellery, we are committed to delivering jewellery of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items are eligible for return or exchange only if the seal and all tags are intact.
  2. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  3. An unboxing video is mandatory for returns involving broken, damaged, or incorrect items.
  4. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including jewellery boxes, pouches, and certificates).
  5. Worn, used, or altered jewellery (including jewellery showing signs of wear such as scratches, dents, or residue) is strictly non-returnable.

A. Initiate the Return:

  1. Email us within 3 days of delivery at ikaraalankar@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video.

B. Pickup by Delivery Partner:

  1. Once approved, our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address.
  2. No extra cost for return or exchange shipping.
  1. Show the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
  2. Clearly display the item, tags, and any damage in a single, continuous shot.
  3. Blurry, edited, or interrupted videos will not be accepted as proof.
  1. Refunds start once the returned item passes inspection.
  2. Instant refunds available with a unique coupon code, valid for lifetime.
  3. Digital payment refunds get credited to the original payment account in 6–7 working days.
  4. During festivals or sales, refunds may take 10–12 working days.
  5. COD refunds are processed via a unique coupon code with lifetime validity.
  1. Exchanges depend on item availability.
  2. If in stock, an exchange will be processed within 10 working days after the approval.
  3. If out of stock, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.
  1. If inspection fails (missing tags, worn, or tampered), the return is declined.
  2. Item is held at our warehouse for 30 days for customer pickup at their cost.
  3. After 30 days, the item is discarded with no claims or refunds.
  1. Free gifts, coupons, or promotional items must be returned with the main item.
  2. If not returned, the return is rejected and no refund is processed.
  1. We handle return shipping through our delivery partner.
  2. Customers are not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
  3. If lost, a full refund or exchange is issued after verification.
  1. Frequent return requests may lead to declined future returns or exchanges.
