Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Items are eligible for return or exchange only if the seal and all tags are intact.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for returns involving broken, damaged, or incorrect items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging (including jewellery boxes, pouches, and certificates).

Worn, used, or altered jewellery (including jewellery showing signs of wear such as scratches, dents, or residue) is strictly non-returnable.
Return & Pickup Process
A. Initiate the Return:

B. Pickup by Delivery Partner:

Once approved, our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address.

No extra cost for return or exchange shipping.
Unboxing Video Guidelines

Show the sealed package being opened from start to finish.

Clearly display the item, tags, and any damage in a single, continuous shot.

Blurry, edited, or interrupted videos will not be accepted as proof.
Refund Process

Refunds start once the returned item passes inspection.

Instant refunds available with a unique coupon code, valid for lifetime.

Digital payment refunds get credited to the original payment account in 6–7 working days.

During festivals or sales, refunds may take 10–12 working days.

COD refunds are processed via a unique coupon code with lifetime validity.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges depend on item availability.

If in stock, an exchange will be processed within 10 working days after the approval.

If out of stock, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.
Inspection and Rejected Returns

If inspection fails (missing tags, worn, or tampered), the return is declined.

Item is held at our warehouse for 30 days for customer pickup at their cost.

After 30 days, the item is discarded with no claims or refunds.
Free Gift or Promotional Item Returns

Lost or Missing Return Packages
